I've had this sofa for just under a year and a half. It pills badly. I've had to buy some throws to cover it up. It was way too much money for something that looks so crappy after such a short period of time. That's too bad, as it's the perfect size for my small apartment.
I ordered this because I have a small, limited space for a sofa. I'm happy with the purchase, although I did not get the color that I ordered. I didn't realize it until I had already destroyed the box when unpacking it. I decided to not go through the hassle of trying to return it and get the color I ordered. The color I got was a denim blue and I may be happier with it now than I would've been with the dark grey.

I am thoroughly impressed. We wanted a chair for an unexpected guest and we needed it quick. We were down to a chair at West Elm or this chair. We took a gamble and bought this chair - so glad we did. It is comfy, sturdy, and the leather is soft. I highly recommend.
We brought two chairs to match our sofa. We love every pieces! The color is beautiful. The leather feels like butter. All pieces were easy to put together. All I need is the ottoman and my room will be complete. I also need to add that there are somethings buyers might want to know for instance; the back of the sofa could be a little sturdier. However, mine has always been against the wall so we have not had any problems. Also, the chairs are very lightweight so much so that my 12 yr old moves it out of place every time he sits down or gets up (being light weight could be seen as a plus to some). Lastly, when you get up from sitting there is always a print you will need to smooth out ( I just see this as a sign of good/durable/soft leather). Overall, the furniture is beautiful. I hope the price stays reasonable so families on a budget like us can continue to enjoy the brand. Thank you !
The sectional is poorly designed. The footrest for the chaise does not sit flush with the rest of the sofa, but is slightly higher. To make matters worse, the cushion is not connected to the footrest (as most sectionals have it), so when I sat on the chaise part of sofa the cushion above the footrest plopped up in an unsightly manner with my legs now raised above my hips in height. I will be staying away from any sectionals that claim to be reversible in the future. Luckily, promptly offered to refund me and have this item picked up a few days later.
I love this chair! Bought heritage green and I love the color. Its pretty comfortable although not super plush. It arrived in a large box that it had to be removed from outside and the chair is bigger than expected. However, I had no issues moving it inside and it fits nicely in the room its in. Overall I would definitely recommend this chair.
We replaced an old large sectional from a decade ago with this smaller sectional. Very comfortable and the chaise section can go on right or left. Since we have pets we clean (Vacuum) weekly to avoid build up. It was hard to find a sofa cover that fit exactly but we use one that covers around 75% of the sofa. Sits are comfy and I have taken a lunch nap a few times since working from home. I can see this being not a good fit for a tall or very large person. I am 5 feet tall so there is a good amount of room for 2 adults.

Pretty but wont last
Couch is pretty to look at...but with two kids and pets, the material leave much to be desired. Hard to clean and easy to put pulls.
