was very skeptical about buying sofa online. researched for couple of mnths. But when I saw the color, fell in love and when i sat, couldnt complain about the comfortness..definitely recommend.
It's perfect for small apartment, sofa come almost completely assemblrd all you had to do is install the legs. Comfort wise, it was ok the first couple of weeks but then I got too soft for my taste. But I like firm sofas.
All the legs arrived scraped up and scratched. Hole in the plastic packaging allowing for allergens to collect! delivery service was barely useful - dropped it several times.

The legs weren't there. There was a pouch in which the legs were supposed to reside, but no legs. Customer Service was pretty good, but their options were pretty limited. Return it and we'll ship another. (Ugh.) Or we'll knock some money off. We chose the latter, sourced some legs from a local store, attached beautifully. So, chair assembled! The leather is nice. Soft and smooth, color is pretty much as represented. And though the chair is relatively small, it's comfortable. I'm a big guy at 6'4 and, well, a fair amount of weight. But it's comfortable. Would I buy again? Yeah, I think I would.
This couch is extremely comfortable. The cushions are the right level of firm yet bouncy and soft. The color is a true cream/light beige. Delivery was painless and assembly was just screwing on legs. The 5th leg in the middle, however, does not touch the floor (see pics) but I thought it was good enough that there would still be some support if someone put their weight in the middle. The bottom of the couch also had a defect in the material (see pic) but since it is out of view, I didnt bother returning it. I do wish the back cushions were a bit slimmer and deflated, because though the seat has good depth, the bulky-ness of the back cushions take away from it. I have taken the back cushions off to make room for 2 people lying down and cuddling. Otherwise, one person can lay down comfortably with the back cushions in place. Overall, I wish there were some minor changes with the high price I paid, but for now, it fits my 517 sq ft studio apartment perfectly.

Looks just like the pictures. Very easy assembly. Comfortable. I'm very happy with this piece.
