First time we bought a piece of furniture online, sight unseen except virtually. We were both pretty nervous. The package arrived. There was some slight unpacking and assembly. And then the problem. The legs weren't there. There was a pouch in which the legs were supposed to reside, but no legs. Customer Service was pretty good, but their options were pretty limited. Return it and we'll ship another. (Ugh.) Or we'll knock some money off. We chose the latter, sourced some legs from a local store, attached beautifully. So, chair assembled! The leather is nice. Soft and smooth, color is pretty much as represented. And though the chair is relatively small, it's comfortable. I'm a big guy at 6'4 and, well, a fair amount of weight. But it's comfortable. Would I buy again? Yeah, I think I would.
