To be honest, I didn't expect a lot from this chair - after all I'm buying a chair w/out ever seeing it.
I am thoroughly impressed. We wanted a chair for an unexpected guest and we needed it quick. We were down to a chair at West Elm or this chair. We took a gamble and bought this chair - so glad we did. It is comfy, sturdy, and the leather is soft. I highly recommend.
