I love this couch! Extremely comfortable right out of the box. Also dog hair seems to come off pretty easily with a wet cloth or the vacuum hose. My favorite couch so far. Pretty sturdy. Good size.
The chair just didnt work for us. Color wasnt close to the one pictured and it wasnt shaped quite like I thought. Probably my fault for trying to buy furniture online. Both delivery and return pickup were simple despite how big the chair was, but weve now waited more than the allotted 7 business days from pickup and havent seen the returned to our account. This was an expensive purchase and we really need our money back. Ill be calling to give them one more chance to deposit the return before I call my bank and let them deal with it.
This couch is smaller then expected, and a little more firm then I like, however I am sure it is only because it is new. Its a great color and very deep which is great for snuggling. Looking forward to snow storms with the husband and fireplace going this year! However, should be a bit cheaper as you can tell its not too high end of a product and could get better from a furniture retailer. Size small.

I have concerns about how it will hold up long term since I can see where the cushions might start to sag. Time will tell, but I would overall recommend this couch. Really Worth it
I thought the color was chocolate, as listed, as is my sectional. Its more like a faded chocolate, like if I put my sectional in the washing machine 50 times, then it would match. It seems sturdy, but when you sit on it, prepare to sink down a bit. I wanted a large , and it did deliver in that regard. But most large, sturdy s are much more expensive, so I guess its worth the price. Its fine.
The sofa was well packaged and the delivery guys were very polite and performed well. Had a problem with some hidden damage but customer service handled it very well. Over all I love the sofa and its handsome finishes. Appears to be high quality and put together right. I am very pleased with the purchase and would not hesitate to do it again. came through again. My son loves it!!
The quality, color, and comfort of the chair are all impeccable. I purchased the cognac and am so pleased with the product. The back cushion zips to the frame of the chair, so no slipping and just overall the build is phenomenal. For the price, you just cant beat it. I would highly highly recommend the chair based on first impressions. Now for the however
The delivery process I just wish the delivery process had not been such a royal mess. I purchased two chairs, spent over 2500, and the drivers couldnt even bother to put the chairs inside?! They took advantage of the young woman who accepted the delivery and told her the chairs wouldnt fit through any of the doors into the house. Hmm, how about the front door? Like the largest door for entrance into a home? All I can say is ly times ten. When I got home I (alone) was able to use the furniture dolly I happened to have to wheel the chairs to the front of the house and push them through the door. (Yes, the front door.) Wouldnt have been such an issue except for the fact I live in Washington and Im quite literally pushing these massive boxes up the stairs to the door in the RAIN. Talk about walking 10 miles, up hill, to school both ways in the snow; or however the saying goes. Absolutely unacceptable, and if I had a way to leave a review specifically for the freight delivery company I would. Ok ok
I am pleased with my decision to purchase this . When it arrived I was amed at the massive size and became concerned of it being too big for my space. However, after unpacking all of the pieces (sofa and chair) I was super excited because the fits perfectly in my space and doubles as an and coffee table. I plan to place a couple of trays on it, to hold the tv remotes and a few magines when not being used to kick our feet on! Overall good.

Return is taking a VERY long time
