The chair just didnt work for us. Color wasnt close to the one pictured and it wasnt shaped quite like I thought. Probably my fault for trying to buy furniture online. Both delivery and return pickup were simple despite how big the chair was, but weve now waited more than the allotted 7 business days from pickup and havent seen the returned to our account. This was an expensive purchase and we really need our money back. Ill be calling to give them one more chance to deposit the return before I call my bank and let them deal with it.
