PURCHASED IN December 2020-LIFT QUIT WORKING February 7, 2021-MANUFACTURER wants chair BOXED UP and RETURNED-FROM A NURSING HOME that is closed due to Covid 19–Purchased for my 94 year old mother. She has no problems operating the lift (control can be seen in photo). The chair is a perfect size. It is so soft, it’s like sitting on a pillow.
I had 2 surgeries for breast cancer. The 2nd was DEIP flap reconstruction. I slept in this chair for a couple weeks. The power up and down was indispensable. Highky recommend!!
Chair is very soft and looks great. There are two separate remotes. One for reclining and the other for massage. Both are always lit, which is great for my 93 year old mother who has trouble seeing. The remote used to recline has two buttons: up arrow and down arrow. Couldn’t be easier. Just wish the picture and/or product description mentioned this as it would have helped me make my decision quicker. Overall, extremely pleased with the purchase.
