Very beautiful chair. Nicely built with good material. Electric lift and USB port are excellent. Massage and heat work well. The only issue I have is the buttocks and leg portion of the seat feel a bit bumpy due to thr massage mechanism. Still, a nice chair.
I dinged it one star for a very minor cosmetic defect in the manufacturing that is barely visible. That said, I am 54, 110 pounds and most recliners are too big for me. This one fits great. I was worried about faux leather, but it looks and feels like real leather. Im so happy with this purchase that I might buy a larger one for my husband.
Was a little slow getting both boxes but I think this was more a shipping company problem. The chair was for my 86 year old mother who had broke her hip and couldnt get out of her regular recliner without help. She loves this recliner, says she can manage on her own now. She dont feel so dependent on others for help. I would recommend this product.
The chair is nicely made, however, if you need to elevate your feet, it doesn’t go back farther than level. The back cushion could use more padding to support the lower back when reclining. The manufacturers should remember that many people want to nap in this chair.

Arriver with bent frame from handling but was able to shim rather than repack for return. Very large box

Doesn’t recline back far enough to put your feet up.
