Chair is very soft and looks great. There are two separate remotes. One for reclining and the other for massage. Both are always lit, which is great for my 93 year old mother who has trouble seeing. The remote used to recline has two buttons: up arrow and down arrow. Couldn’t be easier. Just wish the picture and/or product description mentioned this as it would have helped me make my decision quicker. Overall, extremely pleased with the purchase.
