Great bike super fun to ride!

Love riding this bike. The pedal assist has 3 settings and works great. I like the built/in front and rear lights. I also take it off road as you can see in my pic.

    Double review

First the bike: this was my first electric bike so I know nothing. The fit and finish were very nice. All the parts seemed to be of decent quality. I weigh 250 lbs and the seat would NOT stay where it was supposed to, it kept rolling back no matter how tight I could the bolt. If you are a normal weight this probably wont be a problem. Loved the rims and tires. Brakes seemed a little iffy but, 250 lbs. going downhill might be the issue. Overall, to spite my personal problems, I give the bike 5 stars. Second, the seller: The bike wasnt powerful enough to carry me up my 25 degree driveway on electric alone. I know when coming back from a ride my legs will be spent. I also happen to be 70 and have 2 bad knees, so I would NEED it to carry me up the long gravel drive. The seller gave me no problems with the return ( fedex is a different story ) so ALSO 5 stars to the seller. Final note, would I buy again from the same seller? Of Course !!

Bike is great but some features different from what is on video.

The bike is working great. It was easy for even this old woman to put together with the help of a friend. (Needed help because of weight.) We actually put together two bikes. The only problem I had with it is that the throttle did not work the way the videos and material said that it would. When I contacted the company, they explained there were two versions. ON ours the throttle would not work out of Petal assist but is always working in Petal Assist. One reason I ordered this particular version of E bike is that I wanted a throttle I could use when I was not in Petal Assist. So I was disappointed in that. But Ive adjusted and Im managing it fine. Really enjoying being back on a bike again.

    Look cool and beautiful

Good for short driving in NYC such as doctor visit, super market and much more without care about meter and parking

is a Great Fat Bike and you value

I ordered my shortly after release. I had some trepidation about a new bike company, clearly not based in the US, but I felt I had the security of to back my purchase. In fact, the invoice clearly has a disclaimer about this being a final sale, but I was successful at getting an RMA because the bike developed a number of issues after arrival: 1. The controller would not read the speed or mileage/ only the display backlight was functional 2. The horn is integrated into the light and lost function 3. It appeared the controller unit was defective but turned the Orioles was confined to the control (OBC) Key Display Google that for full manual Issue by issue, all of these problems were addressed with advice and replacement parts. It is not real time support / is based halfway around the world. Your answers will take 24/48 hours. The replacement parts are warehoused stateside. lived up to every promise to ge the bike back in tip/top shape. Every purchase we make has some intrinsic value not only in hardware, or software individually or together, but rather in support. Some companies provide scant support, leaving the purchaser remorseful he did not simply pay more and get better coverage. Here, offers 2/years of warranty and provides unlimited technical support and replacement of proven defective parts. There is one other bike out there Jeremiah reviewed that I thought might be more competitive with a 750W 45V motor. One year warranty would be the limit there. If you are considering a name brand 500W eBike, you should take a look at this , as you will save 33 over most and many do not have these appurtenances .

    Heavy Object

Product arrived much earlier than scheduled and in perfect condition. Very easy to assemble. Suitable for persons without mechanical knowledge like me. The company would take the full responsibility if anything went wrong. Always helpful and quick to response to solve the problem. Very nice indeed to liaise with. Ill strongly recommended to my friends and relatives undoubtedly. A responsible company of which Ill buy things again with full confidence. The ride is much easier than the larger ebike I own especially on mounting and dismounting. My routine ride is to collect mails and parcels from mail box, visiting friends and neighbors around the community. Very relax indeed. I really enjoy owning this wonderful ebike.

    Good Value

The bikes arrived in 4 days from order. The packaging was thorough and there was no damage when I unpacked them. Assembly was easy, it took longer to unbox. The brakes did need to be loosened from their mounting and re/aligned to stop them from dragging. The shifting was spot/on and needed no adjusting. The construction appeared good and the parts were OK, no premium parts but everything worked well together. Overall for 999 these bikes were exactly what we wanted. I did have a question for CS and they responded quickly with my answers. We have used them about 60 miles in the first week with no issues. The seats are OK, but only for an hour or two. I found that there is a bit more drag than standard bikes and generally the motor makes up for this with minimal assistance. They do shine on the inclines, you can provide a moderate amount of force and the motor will do the rest. Or you can just go full motor. Full motor will definitely use battery reserves than providing pedal power. We took a ride along Lake Mead which was not level at all. As the temps rose, we pedaled less and after 20 miles, the batteries were around half on the battery gauge. Another ride on the level and after about 15 miles both still read full charge. We are not speedsters and pedaled between 9/12 mph which kept the motors offering only minimal assistance on all but long moderate inclines. The assistance levels can be optimized for your personal riding style. These are replacing a pair of 200 Walmart bikes. They were standard pedal bikes, no suspension, narrow tires. These bikes do ride much better with the wide tires, fork springs and seat spring. The wider tires also make for a more stable and softer ride on gravel trails. This style of bike provides us the ability to ride on more than just pavement. It is a bit different seating position, there is less room between handlebars, seat and pedals. This creates a bit more upright seating position. We found it comfortable. These ebikes are not for everyone, they are basic components with a few options like lights, fenders and rack. They are Class 2 and average 20 mph, I havent found any settings to increase the speed, and given the bike design wouldnt recommend it. After weeks of research, I came to the conclusion that ebikes in this price range are all using the same general quality level of Chinese made components, the biggest difference is in frame, tire type and wheel size. They are trade offs of battery capacity, motor capacity, style frame and components. For us this combo of motor, battery, folding frame and components worked best. We wanted folding bikes as we travel in a Ram pickup with a cap, behind our motorhome. We didnt want them on a hitch rack given their cost and keeping them from the elements. They are bulky and awkward. I have a velcro strap to keep them together when lifting and generally remove the seat and battery to lessen the overall weight with lifting. These are not sleek, street bikes with magnesium frames. They weigh about 70 lbs with all the components and the added mirror, bag and phone holder. One comment on sizing, my wife is 54 and can just stand so I would not recommend for anyone shorter. If you think there is an issue lifting over the bar, you may want a walk/thru frame. I am 511 and I would not recommend for anyone over 60 tall. I can not quite extend my legs with the seat fully lifted. There is a hinge on the seat pole and I havent for a taller one with the hinge. If no hinge, you have to remove the seat to remove the battery.

    Very enjoyable ride!

It was easy to assemble and comfortable to ride. Im 64 and laughed like a child speeding down the road (24m/hr). Only complaint is it says 52 for height, I am 53 and cannot touch the ground while sitting with the high bar in between its difficult to stop quickly.
