Putting it together was easy. High quality feel to everything. Ours had the motors pre/attached so no electrical connections or motor mounting was necessary. Our remote back/lights when you push any button. We were able to sync two twin xl foundations together for use with our king mattress. Instructions for this were included.
Heres a tip: After putting it together, moving the foundation was easier when we plugged it in and raised the head and foot sections with the remote. We then unplugged it and could grab the frame for placement.
Only Con: 3/year Warranty starts from date of purchase and is ambiguous as to what the company will do after the first year.
Overall my first impression is that this is a good product and a good value.
The only thing this base is missing is to have an app to operate fro your phone, instead of adding a remote to your collection, other than that, it is the best base you can find. The motors are very quite but also strong, you have independent positioning of head and foot, as well as different types of massages. Best base you can find, specially at this price. Totally recommend.
If your bed stops working I have the answer
push and hold reset AND head up AND feet up all simultaneously together
This is the only resolution
After many hours of research finally got it working
Easy setup and comes just about ready to go. However, just 2 dual pistons (one on each end beam) seem like they might not last. I would preferred two on each beam for durability.
Very well made; easy to assemble (I did it alone); all functions work very well. Love all the presets and modes. Vibration strength in both head and leg (each operate independently and together) is great with three timer options, three vibration strengths and different vibration modes (e.g. wave, intermittent/pause, continuous).
Purchased the frame to be used with a 14 new hybrid mattress from a mattress store. Everything works as expected and is great. Tough to not want to hang in the bedroom all day in the 0g position. Its tough to beat the price with the features. The store wanted 2x this price for a similar frame.
Ive had this bed for almost three years and its still going strong. Its almost a problem because I rarely wanna leave it. The remote is programmable (found out the hard way when I thought it didnt work, but it turns out my cat stepped on it and programmed it), and theres a huge range for comfort. I do wish the vibration was a bit stronger, it isnt really enough to be a massage function. Love it love it and I love the price!
PROS:
This thing is aming. My aunt purchased a queen size wall hugger style one in March of 2018. I recently went to visit and slept in it. After returning home and sleeping in my regular bed, I really felt like I was getting cheated. I kept sending her messages about how much I missed it and that I wanted one for Christmas and they surprised me by buying me my own! Ive only had it less than a week, but Ive barely been out of it since then. I pretty much only leave it to work and use the restroom. The only setup that was required was to screw the legs in. I watched a video the night before that showed you had to plug the motors in and secure them using pins. that mustve been an older model because I didnt have to do any of that and everythings been awesome.
Mine is not the wallhugger and unfortunately it didnt work with my bed frame and headboard because of a beam that was in the way of the motors and was non removable on my old bed. If your current frame/headboard is just 4 legs and empty in the middle when the slats and mattress are removed, or sits closer to the ground, this adjustable frame should work with your bed. The wallhugger option like my aunts is awesome, but I didnt feel like I needed it for the extra 200. Also, the remote is great. I love the size, its not tiny like a Firestick remote and it has a built/in flashlight and you can program your own preset positions. It has a few already in there. TV, AntiSnore, and Zero G Zero G is my favorite and puts the least amount of pressure on your back.
CONS:
Its friggin heaaaaavy. If you gotta take it upstairs, itll have to be an end/over/end type of movement if you dont have other people to help you move it.
Only 2 USB ports on one side of the full size instead of 2 on EACH side (for a total of 4) on the queen size.
There was a tiny tear in the fabric of mine when I got it outta the box. Luckily, I dont think its going to effect anything and I plan on sewing it up, but I do plan on contacting to get a small discount since I did pay for something that I shouldnt have to repair right outta the box. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Heavy, but so easy to use!
I love this bed! It was the easiest thing Ive ever had to assemble. It works great!

Good for the pricedurability of just 2 pistons unknown

Tremendous value

Very happy with the king.

Love this base
Has memory settings that work like a dream. Vibration has timer and three different modes. Using with a Sleep Number bed and has been working great.
My favorite thing ever, honestly

So far, so great! Minus a tear in the fabric, of course.
