I contact support and they sent me a new one, no questions asked besides purchase information. Now it is back up and running again good as new many years later.

Also, having feet able to rise up is a plus. She doesnt like the massage feature, but it does work. I like the ‘flat to press in morning when making bed and selected this bed for the 3 leg/height options/feature/ we put together at lowest height for her.
This bed has worked great since i purchased it 8 months ago, however we got a puppy this month and she chewed up the cords under the bed. Is there anyway to purchase just the electronic part? To replace what was chew up? And if so, does anyone know how to keep puppies from chewing these cords?

The remote though is pretty bad. You have to push the buttons just right and also hold the remote in the right spot for it to work. Its hard to tell if youve pushed the button or not. And then adding how the motors work and give no feedback, its sometimes very frustrating.
When the bed goes flat, the motors run for a couple seconds more than necessary once the bed is flat. So when you push the button to raise it, there is a delay and with no way to be sure youve correctly pushed the button. It requires some patients to use the remote.
The massage motor overheats if you run it at full speed for more than 30 minutes. Its set to turn off after 30 minutes. If I turn it on again it will overheat and shutdown. Running at speed 1 or 2, I havent had that problem.
I dont like the fact that the usb ports are only on one side. Thats fine for a single twin xl bed. However, when set up in the split king xl configuration, you cant access the 2 usb ports on the right half because the 2 ports are in the middle of the 2 bases where the meet up against each other. Its working out well otherwise so far.
We love our Classic adjustable bed frame. But the real reason to buy from Classic is the customer service.
The first bed frame we received was defective. I wont go into details but after much hard work my brilliant husband was able to make it work so we could use it.
I called the customer service number and after playing telephone tag and a few emails later I talked to the wonderful Gayle. I explained my situation and without hesitation she said that if I sent out proof of purchase and my address she would send me a new bed frame.
We love our new Classic adjustable bed frame. Its everything the reviews say. Quiet, sturdy and easy to assemble.
I would buy it again. But the real reason to buy from Classic Bed is customer service.
Gayle is a real asset to their company! With great product and customer service like Classic has theres no reason not to buy from them.
As the headline says, I still cant believe this was delivered to the front porch! Huge box. We opened it in the hall and took the pieces up individually to the Bonus Room over the garage. The thing weighs a ton and assembly is not meant for those without some mechanical skill. The only tool needed is a large Allen wrench and it is included. That said, very straightforward and just an incredible frame. So many features. My only complaint is the location of the USB ports. They should have been on a dongle instead of in the side of the frame that does not move because it is right where you step when you get out of the bed. Anything on the nightstand plugged into the ports is in peril. They are lighted, which is a cool feature, so the intent may have been that they are only used while you are in the bed with a tablet and phone. Still, a dongle could have put the cords out of harms way and allow safe nighttime charging. That really is my only complaint and I did not buy the frame for that feature. This frame is just excellent for what I bought it for, adjustability.

Good investment for Mom Recovery at Home
