From start to finish, this is a great experience! Came almost fully assembled/just unfold and screw in the legs! Love every feature of this adjustable frame. I got it in King size and it is very heavy so be prepared for that. Wish I had more time to spend in it!
My husband had open heart surgery and we bought two of these beds to replace our King Size Bed. We have loved the beds, but recently we moved them and the legs broke. We have now made 2 calls to customer service without a response. Outside of the customer service experience, the beds have been wonderful. I just made my second call to get a call back, so fingers crossed someone actually responds this time.
this is a great unit for the price. As others said, it is pretty heavy, but my wife and i were able to handle it without too much trouble. just screw the feet on, place it within the queen bed frame, and plug it in. It is much more comfortable than a flat bed, especially for reading or working with a laptop.
I bought this in October. Worked great. A month ago my remote quit working. I have tried everything new batteries unplugging bed. Remote lights up,and flashlight works. But nothing else. Please help. I had back surgery and am really frustrated

This bed frame is so far so good with a couple minor drawbacks. The vibration strength alone is fine, however its not evenly distributed. The motors are in the center of the foot and head parts so its stronger in the middle of the bed and fades out toward the sides. Its less noticeable after its been on a few mins. Also, the legs are indeed a bit flimsy. For us it didnt affect integrity of the structure, but for heavier folks it may. Or for more rambunctious bed play I suppose. We used both leg parts together for a higher clearance, so it would be more sound if you chose the shorter piece only for the legs.
So far the movement has been fine, the motor still sounds good and is smooth.
I absolutely love my bed I have had it for two years. I was showing my sister how it worked, and somehow I was able to raise the bed up two different heights in the flat position. I have no idea how I did this and havent been able to do it since. Can anyone help me figure this out PLEASE!! Example equals you would raise the bed in the flat position and you had an elderly patient who could not roll you would be able to roll them at your waist height so you would not hurt your back. I hope that makes sense.

Bad USB Positions on Split King
If you get the split King you will not be able to use the USB outlets on one of the sections because they will be between the sections.

I have double sciatica and this makes it so much better. Its not as loud as other reviews said, I barely hear it.

My son/in/law put this under my antique bed and it works perfectly. It doesnt actually touch the bed, but raises and lowers the mattress quietly.
