My husband had open heart surgery and we bought two of these beds to replace our King Size Bed. We have loved the beds, but recently we moved them and the legs broke. We have now made 2 calls to customer service without a response. Outside of the customer service experience, the beds have been wonderful. I just made my second call to get a call back, so fingers crossed someone actually responds this time.
