I love this base. It works great and does everything promised. Its very basic but gets the job done. It came a little damaged but not in any of the places that you can see or that affected the function of the bed. I did contact about the damage and they gave me some credit towards the bed which completely satisfied me. I really have been enjoying this bed for the last few months. We have been sitting up watching TV or reading and I couldnt be happier with the options. We assembled it in about 1 hr and most of that was just taking our time.
W Capt the vibration which is less efficient, every other thing work great. Fit in regular bed easily, easy to mount. The mattress is so comfort, great for back.pain, and sore articulations.
Im ok with it but not ok with my kid,bed legs too long,its should be adjustable,thats why i gave 3 stars.I wish they could give me an option to make exchange the short bed legs.
great bed frame just wish the head tilted. it was easy to put together. a bit heavey but as a woman I did it. the bend is in the middle not at the head so when laying in bed to watch tv with it upright I cant reach the night stand because it bends in the middle of the bed not the top so I dont use that feature light I thought I would.

I put a queen purple mattress on top. I would recommend getting either the Purple branded or some other stretchy sheet set because when you go up and down traditional cotton sheets slip off the top corners. Ill use the presets on the remote/ zero gravity mode is nice, the TV mode sits you upward (a bit too high for my liking). I love that you have the option of lifting the top and bottom seperately or together at the same time. And you can set three presets that you like the bed positioned in.
It has usb ports which is a nice feature but I havent had much use as I charge on my bed stand.
My package was missing the retainer bar at the bottom, so I called the number. The individual who helped me, Gayle, was very quick to resolve the issue.
Purchased in January 2020, remote died two months later in March. To this day we cannot get a replacement remote. We have been emailing, calling continuously for months and keep getting the run around about how no remotes are available due to COVID. Its unbelievable the company had or has no stock replacement parts on hand at time of sale. The bed is useless without a functioning remote. The quest for a replacement continues.

are there to help you. Being 85 I needed some help and they walked me thru the problem and also emailed me
