    Remote dead in two months

    Purchased in January 2020, remote died two months later in March. To this day we cannot get a replacement remote. We have been emailing, calling continuously for months and keep getting the run around about how no remotes are available due to COVID. Its unbelievable the company had or has no stock replacement parts on hand at time of sale. The bed is useless without a functioning remote. The quest for a replacement continues.
