Luckily my UPS driver brought it up the stairs. Me and my son put it together. We managed but it was a struggle! The frame tho is aming! Ive slept better now then in years!
Got mine on 9 2019 and am loving it. I woke up from a coma and I needed a large bed so we got the king size and it was cheaper here then other places. But no issues at all. Love that I can relax and it helps me to slide off the bed when I lift the head area and can slid down. So am great full to have found this. I have a 14 memory foam matters on it no issues. Well I do need to find taller legs since I want to take advance of the beds storage under neath.
I have this type of a cal king bed frame (purchased from a different company through ) I love it, especially because it adjusts in three areas. I purchased a full sized bed frame from this company for my dad. I didnt realize that it only adjusts in two areas, which doesnt provide as many options or as much comfort. My dad still loves it though. We never use the massage/vibration mode on either bed frame but we love the super/fast charging ports!
VERY happy with this! I use this with a 10 Queen size Lucid mattress and it works perfect/ even with two people on it. The reviews complaining about the reliability made me nervous so I will update this if something happens.
This bed frame is operated by two Richmat 24V actuator motors that are being held in with a couple dowels and cotter pins. SO, if this ever gets stuck in a full inclined position like one reviewer said, the motor can be taken out without any tools and can be returned to being a normal bed frame in a couple minutes.
Each motor is rated at 6000N which translates to 1,348lbs. At least, thats what the sticker on it says
Ive also seen some negative reviews on the complexity on setup. Which is is strange because mine just folded out of the box. I had to screw on the legs but thats it.
Wow! After YEARS of not being able to sleepnow he best sleep EVER! Best investment ever made. Very easy to assemble. Mostly take out of box, unfold, screw on the adjustable legs and plug the cord into the wall. Does require a 9 volt battery in a power box though. No problem since I keep all batteries on hand. Also 2 AAA batteries for the remote control.
love the adjustable frame, but the jell mattress suggested with it created a bubble right at the center of my back when the headboard area was in upright position my chiropractor suggested I do something about the issue it was to late to return the mattress so I ordered a mattress topper by ZINUS and love it the combo works perfect for me I can remove my mattress incasement to launder which I could not do because of my lose of strength do to arthritic thumbs my problem is solved
Wow! Much better sleep. The anti snore works! And the zero gravity setting is great after work to relax the spine and relieve pressure or before bed to calm you. I cant believe Ive gone this long without one. If you dont have one you are missing out! It made my 10 year old mattress feel new and more comfortable than ever. Ill never go without again.
Bought this bed in Nov 2019 for my mother who had a stroke and is now bed bound. It is important for us to make sure she is always at a 30/45 degree angle and that is why we bought her this bed. It has now just stopped working, I thought it was the batteries in the remote so I replaced them. Remote seems to be working fine but bed still will not adjust. Called and left several messages with CS but no response.
I hope someone sees message and responds to me. I just cant afford to get another bed.
