The bed was received in a timely manner. The mattress retainer bar was missing from the package. I immediately called and was told I would be contacted. On second day with no notice, I called again. I was asked to provide proof of purchase and bar would be shipped. I called several more times over the next 8 weeks. No bar has been shipped. I filed a complaint with the BBB. asked that I email them directly. I did twice and called. Still no bar. Cannot use adjustable function without mattress slipping off bottom.
This is a sturdy frame that has a nice range of flexibility for both the head and foot. The motor is so quiet. I bought the 10 gel mattress and it flexes beautifully on this frame. Very comfortable for sleeping no matter what angle I raise the head.
dont let the weight of the box and the quote of expert assembly 2 hours scare you into purchasing the assembly. you might be able to do it yourself. only took them 15 minutes for 90. love the bed though works awesome. I like doing work in bed so its perfect. I was surprised when it vibrated I didnt even know that was a feature . worth the money, this is one buy I do not regret.
East to set up. Fold out. Screw on legs. Plug in. Put mattress on top. Install bottom mattress retainer. Done. Relatively light easily moved by one person.
Remote has several programmable modes. Anti/snore setting is perfect to let me sleep well. Massages great high low. Can even set it to help you get out of bed easier. 100% satisfied.
Delivery was right on time. There was no trouble putting it together.
The doctor wanted me to sleep with my feet elevated and now I can!

This was so easy to setup its a twin xl, so it was easy for one person all you do is open the box, screw in the legs, turn it over and plug it in! No hooking up or attaching a motor like Ive seen on other beds. For those saying the motor doesnt work there is a delay, so you may need to press the button down for a few seconds before the bed starts to move. Im not sure if it would adjust faster if the remote is pointed in a certain direction (like pointing the remote at the TV). Also, unfortunately, the box was torn whatever tore the box put about a 2 tear in the material of the bed I definitely feel the box should be made from a heavier cardboard.
I thought buying something less expensive than the Big Name brand Store brand would be less quality. WRONG!!
You would think it came from the BIG NAME BRAND STORE for sure. I is really heavy / definitely need help to move it, but it is wonderful. It bends and vibrates like I never expected. For less than half of the BIG NAME BRAND STORE same item.

An honest review after testing a bunch of adjustable bases in stores:
1) It works just like the 2000+ bases at its core. We are very happy with the quality of materials and the settings available.
2) the massage feature leaves much to be desired. Its just a 3/level vibration. We rarely use it if ever
3) there is so lumbar support or adjustment so there is in the more expensive models. Its not a deal breaker, but its noticeable if you have tested a frame with one.
4) The remote has a ton of settings and features / no complaints at all.
5) the legs arent straight issue mentioned by several people in the review is true, however its definitely not to the point where Im concerned about collapse or bending. Its maybe out 1 degree over the 10 leg.
Other notes:
/its VERY heavy. Broke out of its packaging on the truck when they tried to unload it. Its several hundred lbs.
/you need a large area to assemble and the flip over. 2 people minimum needed
Had to replace another identical frame that may have only lost its pairing to the remote. But the 90 yr old user was in dire need. Hopefully the same series of events will not occurs and the second frame is still useable
