I bought one for myself after purchasing one for my mom. One thing of mention/ this is a heavy frame. I paid for the in/room delivery. It would be nice if or the vendor offered installation as well.
I loved ours. I unplugged it for a couple years as I stopped caring about the elevation feature and got too ly to reconnect after moving. I plugged it in last night and it worked fine. A few hours later, at bedtime, I again went to use it and it does not work at all. I tried everything from batteries to resetting, unplugging and replugging. Nothing works. I contacted customer support and they didnt have much to tell me. Still waiting to hear back on what replacement part i need to purchase. We barely used this item and whereas its our fault for going out of warranty, One would expect a better performance for almost 600 bucks in 4 years.

I called the company support and got no response.
I purchased the bed in April 2020, and the motor stopped working last night. I had it adjusted to the to the anti snore position and it stayed there till the morning. I unplugged the motor and the bed went back to flat, and it wont move from there. Could you tell me what type of motor the bed has so that I can purchase another one?

Arrived and foot massage motor not working, contacted support, was told they would send replacement, 2.5 months later no replacement part has arrived
11 months later parts have not arrived
14 months replacement foot massage motor still has not arrived, and mattress is sunken in having to replace that as well
22 months later no replacement foot massage motor

I have a lot of back problems and cannot sleep. After getting this bed, I could adjust it to take the pressure off. Sleeping pretty good now. This was a great purchase for me. Ive only had it for about a week, just hope I dont have any problems with remote. So far, so good! This was sooooo easy to put together. Just opened it up and put the legs on. I am a small lady, so anyone could set this up in minutes. I love this bed!!!!

Vibration monster
The vibrate is extremely loud. You will not be able to fall asleep with it on

Twin is so easy to set up
