I was worried with some of the bad reviews so I got the extended warranty offered at checkout. On retrospect, dont think I needed it. Silkworms great and super happy. Unpacking is tough because its really heavy but I see that as a feature rather than a problem. I saw complaints about the noise but the motor sound is exactly what you would expect from a motor and nothing else. Overall, great value and would recommend.
Im giving this frame 2 stars because when I pulled the bed out to make it, two of the legs bent and buckled. I was able to straighten them out enough that I can still use the frame, but now it is very creaky / even when my 25 lb dog gets on it. I spent weeks dealing with Customer Service only to be told this isnt covered by warranty nor do they have replacement legs I can buy. So, as a word of caution, do not put this frame next to a wall where youll need to move it to make the bed.
Otherwise, its a great frame, it was very easy to put together and it adjusts to all the positions nicely.
This bed is awesome! The vibration strength is great, and I have a 12 inch mattress. It does everything as advertised. Easy to assemble, but it did take 2 people.
The mattress store wanted 2700 for their bed base and it is not better than this unit! This bed platform was super easy to set up. It is heavy but once in place it takes no time to assemble. All you have to do is cut off zip ties, plug in the power and screw in the legs. The quality of the material is great and everything functions perfectly. I highly recommend this unit.
I no longer choke on vomit while Im sleeping!!! I have reflux that is beyond the norm. Between twice daily reflux RX meds and being able to quickly and easily adjust the head of my bed up, I no longer suffer from asphyxiation during sleep. I have been sleeping soundly and am generally happier since buying this adjustable bed.
So many issues. The usb plugs on the side of the bed melted our charging wires. The vibration only lasts 3 minutes. The company will not answer the phone so I can get a solution for my problems. Do not recommend this companies product. I just want it fixed.

Dont Move The Bed

I sleep through the night in the zero gravity position. It keeps me from tossing and moving. Very very comfortable
