So in love with this piece I had to request a tracking number from the seller. They replied quickly, and the chair showed up 1 day early, without a flaw. It was packaged with a cover around the chair itself to keep from ripping if box was ripped. plenty of protection. Assembly was quick and easy and I was comfortably sitting within 30 minutes of delivery. The cushion was a bit stiff at first however after about a week it is loosening up a bit and is super comfortable. I absolutely love this chair, and would purchase again.
Overall we are happy! I love my new chaise lounge chair! I recently bought a new couch and I actually use my chaise more. When your chaise comes all the pieces you need are zipped under the base of the chaise. Very easy to assemble, sturdy, very comfortable!

nice!!! Wont disappoint you at all. This chaise has the look, feel, and is the perfect size. It fits perfectly in a corner in my tiny home office. My husband loves it!!!! And.... hes 6 2 and 1/2!
Its SO comfortable! Im 510 and it is long enough for me. My feet dont hang off the end. It was super easy to put together all by myself. It feels very sturdy. Im so glad I got it. Wish it came in other colors, but the charcoal color will ultimately never look dirty, I think.
