Fast delivery, great customer service! We received 2 boxes at first and we were missing the 3rd box. I contacted customer service in a panic and they got back to me right away and assured me they were all shipped together. They provided me with the tracking number and they kept an eye on it as well. 4 days later, it was delivered as it had been misplaced on the delivery truck. They even checked in the day it was delivered to make sure we got it. Easy to put together and the kids were jumping in no time!
Very easy set up. Perhaps enlarge the basketball hoop instructions and offer additional spikes to hold the trampoline in high winds.

This company gets 5 stars for customer service. Thought I was missing a connector and my daughters birthday in 3 days!!! Company was willing to next day air the missing part to save the day! Wife later told me she found a part in the truck so I called up to tell them not to send a replacement as we found the missing part. Really great people! As far as the trampoline, went together straight forward. Good instructions, not typical Chinese pictographs. Parts labeled clearly. I assembled it alone in about 3 hours including looking for the missing part. Highly recommend this trampoline and this manufacturer
This is a great Trampoline! My granddaughter had a small one and we’ve been wanting to upgrade to something bigger for her to enjoy time outside when she spends time with us. This was the perfect solution for that. She has a lot of fun jumping and doing new tricks. This trampoline comes with a set of stairs that attach on, which is very helpful and convenient. The lights are nice to have when it starts getting dark out. Great product!!
It took 2 of us about a hour and a half to assemble.

Easy to assemble, but definitely need at least 2 people. Large enough that Ive had 7-8 kids in at one time jumping around.
