This company gets 5 stars for customer service. Thought I was missing a connector and my daughters birthday in 3 days!!! Company was willing to next day air the missing part to save the day! Wife later told me she found a part in the truck so I called up to tell them not to send a replacement as we found the missing part. Really great people! As far as the trampoline, went together straight forward. Good instructions, not typical Chinese pictographs. Parts labeled clearly. I assembled it alone in about 3 hours including looking for the missing part. Highly recommend this trampoline and this manufacturer
