Was a little difficult to assemble. Some directions you had to go back and undo things to continue with the assembly. It is the right size for my 5 year old. Was longer than I expected.
This bed is awesome But it was an absolute nightmare project. Some of the pieces were off and near impossible to assemble because of that. My son loves it though. So it was worth it. And I agree with another review about taking it apart. We will most likely never take it apart if we move, just leave it. Its cheap enough to replace if wanted. Also, the seller has curtains for the bed that make it a better play space underneath. Really cute
Bought this for Christmas!! Still love it. I bought this bed for my daughter a few months ago when she was 4. Im very happy with my purchase. The bed is very sturdy. My daughter and her friend jump on it (even though I tell her not too) and its still sturdy and not wobbly or loose. My only complaint is the little cubbies. They were a bit hard to put together, the wholes didnt match up when were they needed to be to get the doors to close right. But other than that, its great.
Im giving this a 4 because the same bed in pink is 40+ more, which doesnt make any sense at all. The fact that the pink bed is so much more expensive than the same Junior Loft with Storage Steps in actually made me really angry. So I bought my granddaughter the bed with the steps since there is apparently some gender inequality in bed sales. She loves it. A five/inch memory foam mattress fits great. Its very sturdy and her father only cussed a little while assembling it.
It was perfect! Other reviewers need to stop complaining, this is a 500 dollar bed being sold without labor assembly being charged. If you want it easier then go buy it assembled at a store. It takes time to put together because the manufacturer has engineered it to fit in the smallest box possible to cut shipping cost for us, and the design is very impressive. Just dont tighen the screws until all parts in each section are complete. Every bolt lined up with its threads everytime, very impressed with the accuracy in the build jigs. You dont ussually see the amount of thought that went into this product, it has been very refined. After completing the build, I actually would have paid more for it if I had seen it up close first. I expected it to be a cheap chinese knock off and am surprized with the quality. Thanks .
I also bought the fire station curtin kit and it fit great and transformed this bed into an aming playset
I love the look and the multiple functions of this bed!!! A true space saver and so cute once completed!!!
There were no issues of missing pieces or damanged wood. It was just REALLY difficult for me to assemble alone. There were 4 or 5 different assembly books and there were no words. Pictures and numbers only. Because it can be assembled multiple ways, it was confusing. Challenging but SO worth it in the end.
Perfect!! We like this set as it came with desk, bookcase and 3 drawer chest. It came in three boxes and each one had separate hardware and instructions for the different pieces.
I spend about 5 hours total assembling the three pieces and then the bed which connected to each piece.
Very well designed set and I had no issues with assembling. The bed is made in Bril which is probably the first time I had purchased furniture made in Bril. I would say the quality is much better and the instructions were well written.
Highly recommend this bed set.

Pink version is 40+ more than so we bought the bed instead of getting overcharged the extra money for pink stairs.
