We so badly needed something for our kids outside this was the perfect solution! It is sturdy, well made easy to assemble. The company has been great responded quickly when we couldnt find a few screws for the ladder assembly. Would highly recommend!
We adore this ginormous 14 trampoline!
Got it fairly quick considering most deliveries are delayed due to Covid19. I received boxes in two separate deliveries (Sun/Mon) BUT having read everything on their site, it was expected.
Pamphlet indicates 330 lbs. I received prompt email communication from customer service, assuring me its been tested/certified for 400 lbs and the typo will be corrected.
We are an active family and I cannot emphasize how important this set up is for our two young teens (adults, too!) during this horrific pandemic.
Our kids miss their TNT (trampoline tumble) gymnastics classes so this trampoline is the perfect compliment to exercising each day. The streets/sidewalks are crowded with people; bikers, runners, dog walkers, its hard to avoid people without stepping into traffic.
Kids will take our 22 lbs dog on there without any problems. Theyre inventive, with crazy fun games to making Tik Tok videos Its a giant bouncy playpen for kids adults.
The best part, my just turned 14 yr old put it together all by himself (unboxing to netting) Materials are top notch and has wonderful safety features.
Looking forward to adding water to lights to make it even more playful in Ballard Seattle!
Great purchase! This has kept our 5 and 3 year olds busy while on lockdown. Husband and I assembled in about 1.5 hours. Longest time was for the net! All boxes arrived together and we had no issues!
The design and strength of this trampoline makes this item worth every cent. And the customer service is immediate and personal. I put this trampoline together with the help on my 6 year old. It was not a long process and it was quit easy. And this is one sturdy piece of equipment. This is a great trampoline and seller!!
We bought this for our son who is stuck at home durring this pandemic and I have to say the customer service from this seller was fantastic. We got the first two boxes and I was worried about the third and when I contacted them they were prompt in responding with the tracking info. It arrived and everything was easy to understand and all there. It is set up in our backyard today in about 3 hours with 2 adults also watching kids.

I just got my tax return and thought, instead of them driving me to alcoholism and blowing my brains out. Ill get this to let them get their wiggles out. It worked, my kids played and 2 of them are autism sensory disorder so the saftey net is huge for their protection. Great buy.

This is an awesome trampoline! I got this for my 3 year old, it was advised by a psychologist that I get her a trampoline to use the extra energy. I researched a lot before selecting this one, some were not safe enough, some did not bear enough weight for two kids, some were too big for indoors, some had cases of poor spring quality, and some had missing parts! Well, this trampoline beats them all! It had everything that we needed, its very safe and theres mesh on all sides. I got the one that is a orange colored hexagon and it had a bag of colorful balls too! Also, the most important part is that the assembly instructions that are written in the manual are very easy to read and follow. I did not watch videos, just read and looked at the pictures and was able to build it up with my husbands help (I am pregnant). So, all in all this is the best trampoline to keep indoors and could do well outdoors too as the size it very nice. Buy it!

Decent size
Its pretty decent size, it wasnt terrible to put together for my 3 y/o nephew. He enjoys jumping on it. Sturdy
