My kids just loving it everyday, iam very satisfied with its fabric and the size is awesome for a small apartment.
Only one thing that needs to be addressed is the zipper is difficult to zip it all the way up.
Our safety net was broke. I contacted the company and they were quick to answer. I sent photos of the issue and in less than a week, we were sent a replacement safety net. This company is amazing! We love our trampoline and the customer service was outstanding!!
Great trampoline! Our little girl loves it! Very simple and easy to put together by 1 person. We did have some straps missing and the vendor shipped out no questions asked in a couple days. Excellent communication and great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

I like that they checked in with me to not only fix the problem but also to make sure I received the new net. I recently bought this item and the trampoline is really nice...except the netting is too tight and the zipper broke. My grandson loves to jump on it so Im going to try to get a replacement net for it as hes two and I dont want him to fall off.
Update: I was contacted by the seller and they sent me a new net to replace the 1st one that didnt fit. They were very nice and followed up with me often - Im now a satisfied customer.
Bought this for my granddaughters birthday. It seems to be quite sturdy but the net is too small and wont meet so it can be zipped. The gap is at least a foot wide so there is no way to zip it.
My kiddos got this for Christmas and enjoyed it for about fifteen minutes before the zipper separated. Ive done a quick fix on it twice, but plan of just using buttons to close it up. Other than the zipper; its a great trampoline.
Assembly was somewhat difficult, and our hook used to assemble the springs broke. Assembly absolutely requires two adults with decent upper body strength.
As noted in the other reviews the zipper is worthless and came apart on the first day of use.
With those two significant issues noted the trampoline is quite sturdy once assembled, youll have to monitor your kid to make sure they dont fall out of the zipper area but it really is fun.
