The Toddler Trampoline is a great buy! My husband and I appreciate the attention to detail in the workmanship and the products sturdiness. The safety net is somewhat tight to the extent that the vertical zipper is difficult to zip, but we believe it will stretch and gain some give as our grandchildren continue to play on it. We are very pleased with this trampoline!
This trampoline has potential. We bought it for my son for Christmas so assembled it long after it arrived on Christmas Eve. It takes a lot of muscle to set this up but getting the pieces together did not require additional tools. We noticed immediately that the net seemed too small for the frame which places great pressure on the vertical zipper. By day 2 the zipper was busted as shown in the pic. Very disappointed as my son who is almost three has rolled through the opening while playing. Luckily he has not been injured. We are extremely disappointed!!
UPDATE: Customer Service reached out and sent us a replacement netting for the broken zipper. Very pleased with how quickly it was resolved after they finally contacted me. The trampoline itself is wonderful and my daughter loves it.

I have emailed the company twice to see if they could send us a new net, but have not received a response for either email. The trampoline itself is very sturdy, but it definitely takes two people to set it up. This would have been five stars if not for the zipper. It is very flimsy and very tight, making it really difficult to zip up.
The zipper broke just after a few days but the company sent a new net with new kind of zipper that works great. I believe they figured out the old zipper was not constructed well but they made a better zipper so I highly recommend this trampoline which can be used indoors and out

Our only problem is the zipper doesnt work because the net seems too tight. Im going to contact customer service to see if we can get a replacement for the net since we need the kids to be enclosed so they wont fall out of the trampoline.

It doesnt zip smoothly and after using it 2 times, the grooves in the zipper started to come out of place. Its like the net is too tight so its pulling on the zipper. The rest of the trampoline seems sturdy and good quality. But now its a safety issue and it cant be zipped.
I contacted the manufacturer and their customer service responded quickly and efficiently. They sent us a new net with a better zipper in less than a week and it works great! Quality and service has been great! I am changing my 2 stars to 5 stars.

Zipper on netting broke first day - No response from company

This was easy to put together and is perfectly designed for my 1 year old. She love it!! Ilike it the most because of its safety measures.

Easy to install
