    Use both ladders.

Make sure you climb in and out of both sides evenly if you want nice symmetrical muscles. I put this thing against the wall and I swear a few months of climbing up and down has made my right trap larger.

    Buy it already!

First, it was delivered 3 days early. Its heavy for sure, but I simply unpacked it and carried the pieces upstairs. From start to finish it was an hour and a half to put together. The seller was fantastic, emailing ahead to make sure my shipping and phone number were correct. This is an extremely sturdy, good looking piece of furniture. Im highly impressed with the way it looks and the functionality cant be beat. If youre on the fence, just do it. Its worth every penny you pay, and the least expensive I found anywhere.

nice bed. be sure to tighten bolts to prevent squeaks. the latter is very hard on the feet. they need to include some type of padding.

    Great for a teen room.

Great setup for our teenager. Very sturdy construction and adds lots more space to a small bedroom. My daughter complains that the square ladder rungs hurt her feet, so she has to keep sturdy shoes nearby to climb up each night. We found a nice foam mattress on as well. So were happy with the overall outcome.

... next to the bed) But the bed is sturdy and dosent wobble to much

I had trouble climbing up and down the ladder (thats why theres a metal ladder next to the bed) But the bed is sturdy and dosent wobble to much, I weigh about 253 pounds and it held me just fine, you might want to get a mattress thats below 8inches because my mattress is 12 inches and as you can see my mattress was to tall and almost goes over the guard rails, its a great bed and its worth the money.

Very sturdy bed, but changing sheets will be difficult and ladder steps will need cushioning.

We needed this type of bed so that our daughter could have more usable space in her bedroom. There are two downsides to this bed that I would like to mention. The first issue is changing the sheets. The mattress fits in the top section quite snugly and it is hard to get the fitted sheet to fit over the mattress which is against the railing, plus I had to climb up there to do this, so be prepared to do some climbing. And this brings up the second issue, the ladder. The ladder is made up of square tubing that is not at all comfortable in bare feet, so unless you plan on wearing shoes to climb into bed each night, I suggest you buy a pool noodle, slice it down the middle and cut into four, 18 lengths so that you can put one section on each step of the ladder and use a zip tie on each end to secure it in place. I originally used the foam tubing that you would use to insulate your water pipes from freezing, but that foam cant take the daily climbing and started to tear after a couple of weeks.

Great loft bed for a good price, STURDY

I bought this on and was the end result of much searching for just the right full size loft bed with desk for my 13 year old on. We liked to the look of it and the price was good compared to some of the more expensive wood ones we had been looking at. It arrived even before the estimated arrival date, well packaged, no damage. It was bought to upgrade my sons room to a teenage approved look. It is extremely sturdy, something that was important to me as my son is growing fast and getting bigger and stronger. Instructions were great and from start to finish we unpacked it and put it together in about 3 hours, including a mistake of putting the front mattress support in the back. UGH, but not as hard to undo as we thought. My only suggestion from the user end is the company should put a much larger sticker on the mattress support that says FRONT instead of the tiny one AND also put a large sticker on the back indicating BACK. We have yet to put the mattress on it yet and test it out but so far, so good, very pleased. One thing to note, in the picture the frame looks more like a silver or nickel finish but it is a black finish.
