Our kids love it. Strong frame. On arrival, was missing one piece of ladder. Emailed the company..and the part arrived within several days. Im pleasantly happy with this purchase and support.
One of the things I loved about choosing this trampoline is that it came complete. It has a pad, ladder and cover. To put it together, it came with the tool for the springs, stakes and even had two pair of gloves included. We had a ferocious wind storm that should have done some damage, but it wasnt fazed in the least. I loved that we didnt have to add items to have everything we needed to have a safe, fun experience. It looks amazing
Fairly easy assembly. Only difficult part was getting the foam noodles to slide all the way to the top of the net.
Only needed 2 people to assemble once we go to the net part. Maybe took 3hrs.

This thing is a huge hit. We got the 16 foot one.... its HUGE. Very sturdy with well built in safety (would be very tough to ever get to the springs) and netting seems quite sturdy. Son is a daily user (he is 6).

The truth is-you get what you pay for now a days and this product was worth the price. The boxes were well organized, the directions were simple and the customer service responded immediately when we had a question about delivery or product information. They stand by their product. The trampoline even comes with all the tools needed for assembly and gloves!

I had an issue with the shipping, one box arrived damaged and couple items missing. I was surprised by it because the boxes are very strong, well packed!!!

We bought this trampoline about a year ago, it arrived fast, was easy to set up and very well made. Last month we contacted them to order additional parts and the customer service rep Linsey was fast to respond and very helpful in making sure we got the correct part. It also arrived fast and fit perfectly. This is a good company with great customer service.

Great for the price
We love it so far! It was just a hassle to assemble it took maybe 3hrs for us since we never put one on.
