Just built this and have used it for an hour. So far feedback from my 12 and 14-year olds is that its better than the similarly priced round backyard trampoline from Canadian Tire in Canada. Feels solid. Will come back with more info after a while. Instructions were clear, all parts included, it was simple to build, only needed occasional help from the kids.
This trampoline is amazing. Our family loves it so much and is getting a ton of enjoyment out of it. Its super easy to set up, only needs two people for a few parts. Out mat was missing a ring and the company was very responsive when I contacted them, even over the busy holidays. They got a new mat shipped out to us very quickly. Their customer service is as impressive as the product. We would definitely recommend this trampoline and company to anyone.
This trampoline is wonderful. We had a storm and needed some parts replaced. I was shocked when the company shipped me new parts free of charge. Im very happy with this product and the service. Nice accent piece for room
The unit was delivered in 1/2 the time estimate. Assembly was surprisingly easy. I assembled the 16ft version in just under 3 hours completely on my own. The kit included all the tools needed, but I use a drill with 10mm socket to speed up attaching the uprights.

Customer service has been exceptional as well! Needed a replacement net after wear and tear from kids. Customer service was wonderful! Easy, answered in a timely manner, and a new net was sent in no time. Very pleased with product and service!
We bought their 16 trampoline 3 years ago and my kids and their friends have loved it!! Needed a new Net enclosure and safety pad after the wind/weather beat it up and Victor was extremely helpful in getting them to us. Amazing customer service and so prompt in his responses!! Definitely stand behind their product and I appreciate that!
Well designed and made trampoline. We love how the Mat is sewn to the trampoline so there are no dangerous gaps. The net is great and fits on the outside of the tramp, giving it a bigger feeling when jumping. Assembling the net into the poles was challenging and frustrating. It takes two people. Very stylish and great quality!

Excellent trampoline
Well designed and made trampoline. We love how the Mat is sewn to the trampoline so there are no dangerous gaps.
