I got it about 11 months and the protecting tarp start to deterioate. the seller send us a new one. I am very happy for the free replacement. Thank you. This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there.
Had to order a new mat for our trampoline and customer service went above and beyond to get it to us quickly and even threw in a few extra springs. We love our trampoline. Easy to put together, comfy and just as easy to disassemble when moving

It is really easy to setup, the trampoline is made of super high quality parts, the netting for the trampoline is great and provides great protection, and the trampoline has been super fun to use! This is the best trampoline I have seen and is an AWESOME company!! If you are shopping for a trampoline this is absolutely the one to buy! We purchased this product in May. In July a strong storm moved through our area damaging our new trampoline. One of the curved support bars was bent and broken. was wonderful about sending us a replacement bar free of charge. Delivery of the replacement part was fast and easy. Our kids are happy bouncy again. Perfect for a small apartment space.
I bought this for my grandsons this year and they have loved it all summer. I am curious to see how it will fare the northern winter, but I intend to take the netting down and cover it. But so far, it has been well worth it for my grandsons 9-12.
I will buy again if I consider trampolilne in future. Very strong and customer service (her name is Lan) is really really really excellent. Her reply is within 12hr and very proactive, and always contact me even some spare parts delivered. I am more than 100% satisfied with . Definitely recommend to anyone considering trampoline.

Tough, strong, fun!
Going on two years through wind, rain, sun, and some snow. Stays put! And its been through some crazy windstorms that have knocked over trees.
