When my couch was delivered it came with only the seat and back portion. The arms, legs, hardware, and instructions were missing. Because the seller only supplied one tracking number its possible the other box is still on its way to me. Its a shame because the half of a couch I did receive looks good !!! and well constructed. Time will tell.
Update (22JUN22): the second half of the couch arrived about a week after the first box. In that time I had already decided to return the couch for a full refund. The seller was gracious-enough to pay for return shipping. While the whole experience was disappointing I really commend the seller for helping me return the couch. Easy to assemble
loveeee the quality is the item just wish I had the arms to it the hardware and the directions the item is worthless to me paid lots of $money$ for it hopefully the company will do right by me and send me the missing pieces or send me a whole new itiam so upset was very looking forward to this item in my new home that I had just purchased would have looked amazing in the room that I wanted to put it in what it gave great !!! review cuz the quality is good !!! nice gift!
This couch is easy to assemble, looks nice !!!, is sort of sturdy, and not comfortable at all. When designing this thing, comfort was not a priority. Sitting on it for an entire movie length is uncomfortable
Wonderful little couch so far. So easy to put together, great !!! for my Itty bitty living room, nice !!! and firm, feels very sturdy. As stated in other reviews, the beige is more of a very light grey, which is what I wanted. So I got the beige hoping for a very light grey and was not disappointed. Excellent customer service
