When my couch was delivered it came with only the seat and back portion. The arms, legs, hardware, and instructions were missing. Because the seller only supplied one tracking number its possible the other box is still on its way to me. Its a shame because the half of a couch I did receive looks good !!! and well constructed. Time will tell.
Update (22JUN22): the second half of the couch arrived about a week after the first box. In that time I had already decided to return the couch for a full refund. The seller was gracious-enough to pay for return shipping. While the whole experience was disappointing I really commend the seller for helping me return the couch. Easy to assemble
