I buy hundreds of items on but am rarely motivated to write a review. I assembled this steel twin over full bunk bed frame today by myself, and I would give it six stars if I could. Very high quality and everything aligned and assembled perfectly. Simple and clear instructions, with good diagrams. Clean modern design. Only thing that could be any better would be wider diameter side ladder rungs that would be easier on little feet. Otherwise, Im a fan!
We bought this for my daughter and my boyfriends daughter who re a bedroom. Only complaint the girls have given is the ladder which is not removable so they cant rearrange their room every other day which im thankful for. The girls were so excited when they got the bunk bed they completely put the whole thing together by themselves before me or my boyfriend could even think about putting the bunk bed together. It does look very nice.
My son, 12, and I put this together in about an hr and a half/2 hrs. We started with the back panel first. Once we got it figured out and got ourselves into a groove, it really flew. Now, mind you, I was working with a messed up ankle which made it a bit more difficult. He had the best time putting the slats in because he got to hang on like monkey bars to pull them down into proper placement. We had bonding while building it too. Might be important to note: Im his mom. I think he and dad would likely have come to blows while building this, taken 10 hrs, and in the end . I wouldve been the one to finish it anyway, Have fun!!
The pictures make it look beautiful, but it is deceiving. It came in about 4 or 5 boxes.
We havent even had it for 10 months and it has already broken off from parts of the top bunk.
The quality seems good at first, but as time goes by the wood starts to split.
Not worth the money at all.
The bed had a ton of pieces to put together so be sure to lay everything out ahead of time. We discovered we didnt have the sides of the drawers so we contacted the seller and they were quick to send us the pieces, although we got 2 whole drawers so we have a bunch of wood to figure out how to repurpose. The wood is solid and sturdy. We had no pieces broken or chipped. Beautiful bed! The kids love it so much. Im very happy with the purchase and happy the company had good communication and prompt service with fixing the issues when we were missing pieces.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS UNTIL THEY ARE ALL IN PLACE you want the bed to be flexible and wiggly so you can easily assemble it then go around and tighten everything. This is mentioned in the instruction booklet multiple times, anyway, my daughter LOVES the bed. It took me less than an hour and a half to assemble by myself. The hardest part was the little black plastic clips that keep the rails from sliding around gave me a little callous on my thumb. Once assembled I went around several times getting everything fully tightened and the bed is very sturdy. I will be strapping it to the wall because sometimes kids lose their ever/loving minds and do stupid shit and I dont want the bed tipping over on them and their hair/brained ideas. LOVE the bed great quality for the cost, no missing pieces, well packed not one scratch on it, instructions were clear. Highly recommend.
Great bunk bed! Wish we got two of these instead of our other one. We are able to sit on the bottom bunk and read our kids bedtime books without bending or bonking our heads. Doesnt ke with person getting on top bunk. We dont even have it anchored to the wall yet. Really sturdy and I love the accents! My kids love it!
So easy to setup, I needed NO help, however, I recommend 2 people for alignment. I found it easy and super sturdy when I was done. My kids will definitely like this better than air mattresses when they come for visitation with their Dad!

Got the entire thing together in about an hour. Lightweight, seems very strong. Design makes sense. Well done.
