The couch fits perfect in my husbands office. My only issue is it was packed so tightly that one of the cushions is a little mushed. It has fluffed a little over time but does not look like the other cushion that is formed perfectly.

FIRST,Let me start out by saying that I've read all of the reviews before I bought this thing. I was skeptical, I bought it. The ottoman showed up 2 days after I purchased it. There are 3 boxes total. chair box A, chair box B,and the ottoman. With that being said, if you want all the tracking numbers, simply inquire with the seller via .
Second, this thing was SO easy to put together. It was the second easiest thing I did that day after putting on my shoes. The first easy thing was making coffee in my Bunn coffee maker.
I opened the boxes up, checked off each item from the inventory list, looked at the directions real quick, blinked my eye, sneezed, and I was basically all done. I had that couch assembled in 30 minutes flat from unpacking to sliding it into place. A bit of common sense told me which way the seat backs were supposed to be installed into the box frames.
Third, Its firm....for now. Its not anything special but it is pretty comfy. It's tall enough to give the upper back support to help hold your head up while sitting in it. It's not too low where sitting in it will make your neck tired. There's enough seat cushion to skoot down to rest your head if needed. Im an average height person and well rounded at that. Theres definitely enough room for 2 of me to sit comfortably.
For the price, the way it's manufactured, and designed to be assembled the way it is; I'll be happy if I get 2 years out of it.
If you have carpets, I highly suggest putting carpet skid pads on the feet, the ones provided slipped right off because they have felt pads for non carpet flooring

This loveseat has worked out great. The cushions have finally fluffed up and filled it.
