The color, material, and shape/size of this couch is perfect for us! We didnt have any problem with the assembly. It was packaged great with no damage. We have received so many compliments on it. Its firm, but good for your back!
I was a bit skeptical of ordering a large couch like this online but so glad I did. I had limited options in Alaska that were affordable so I resorted to . This couch is comfortable, nothing above and beyond but we easily fit 4-5 people on this couch on a 130in wall. The cushions definitely need to be fixed from time to time but thats the worst thing Ive experienced this far. Assembly took some time but instructions were easy to follow and my boyfriend was able to do it all on his own (not much of a handyman). The cup holder pull out is a great addition and something I didnt know I needed til I had it. The black definitely shows any stain/brighter crumbs and what not but very easy to vacuum and swipe off.
I have had this sectional for a little bit over 70 days and the reversible lounger has already broken. Just snapped.... in the front and it now sags on my floor
This is a nice couch but it's hard to assemble it had staples in places where you are supposed to put screws. The ottoman came broken and I have no clue how to fix it I have tried multiple times and it just keeps falling apart . It's firm but after a while you get use to it and I like that I can just sit on it and charge my phone or tablet. Overall it's a really awesome set and as long as you don't mind the assembly difficulty I would recommend it.

Nice sectional and Ottoman
I love this sectional and ottoman. Nice size for an apartment. Putting together was a bit tricky but, otherwise its comfortable.

Quality is not good

Left arm defective who do I call Letter J left arm facing backwards and letter G does not fit.
Living room defective arm like the the product but want to replace the piece and there is no contact.
