4 instead of a 5 because the finishes are not as described. The wood components are black, not espresso and the nail head is brass instead of bronze. Still works with my table since my marble has black in it, but if you have a dark brown table the legs wouldnt match.
I was on the hunt for traditional counter height stools that looked like nice furniture vs. A plain basic stool. These fit the bill perfectly and were exactly what I was looking for. The color and style was very true to the sellers description. The seat height is perfect to make you feel like you are seated at a table vs. high at a bar. Assembly was ok, but one of the front legs was a bit tough to get in, so I had to use a mallet, but eventually got it in. They are very comfortable and just the right depth, so they dont stick out too far from the counter and are not in the way. Very, very pleased. Only reason they are not 5 star is the slight difficult in assembly.
Bit of a hassle with assembling ordered 4 one support wood on the bottom totally broken in half contacted customer serve need to send pic so well see if they can accommodate my issue answered back fast I do love these stools very nice looks more expensive than they are I will update after I see their solution UPDATE. Amazing customer service! Answered my e mails about the 1 brocken piece almost immediately I would absolutely buy from this company again the chairs are beautiful they were easy to put together once I got the gist if how it went i will say some advice the next day after assembling you should go back and tighten every thing again because as I tightened 1 bolt the other needed tightening again and so on bottom line great stools along with great customer service changes my overall assessment to 5 stars!
Had a couple fitting issues with the bolts, one of the chair legs is really gouged/ scratched. They painted over it so you cant really see it but shouldnt have been sold. Overall they are gorgeous, sturdy and comfortable!
Was looking for some not too fancy chairs but good looking. This pair fits my needs perfectly. Was a bit worried as didnt know the company. Dont be. Very good quality. Its not the thousand-dollar-a-piece furniture, but it doesnt look cheap at all. Totally recommend. Very easy to assemble (30 min for both chairs).
This item was delivered fairly quickly and I was able to put them together within one hour. Easy instructions and nice quality for a set of two. I actually just ordered another set because I needed one more so Ill have one extra should anything happen to the three my family is using. I would recommend this product and seller.
Very pleased! Great value and they dont look cheap. I didnt read the description well and didnt realize they were sold as a pair. Thought I bought 2 but got 4 which is what I needed anyway. They are very comfortable. The seat kind of bubbles up bc there is a spring across the bottom for extra support. I bought several different bar stools before finally getting these. They arent the highest quality but they are far better than many other stools at a comparable price. Definitely recommend!
