Dislike: assembly painful. a straight lever where by someone can use a power tool, along with the bent lever. Legs came chipped and seat uncomfortable as u can feel the springs inside.

Although I originally had issues with my purchase the company was quick with their responses got me what I needed. My box came in slightly damaged, looks like it was purchased before person didnt like sent out again with missing parts. Product was ok until we started to put it together. All the front legs were missing!! This is not ok, there should be an immediate response but I have to wait 3-5 business days to hear back from the company. On top of this I had to pay shipping costs when purchasing it.
Absolutely amazing I ordered myself another 2 pair Im in love with it, the only thing that Im disappointed about is that it looks like a dark grey but ordered charcoal black I thought it would be like a dark black color but it still looks amazing and I think its worth it.

Quality issue in one chair
Leg in picture for one chair is broke. It is painful to send it back. So just used it. Hopefully it will work out.
