What a great bed. I used a metal 9 box spring and put my 8 mattress on top of it. I didnt want a gap at the head of the bed because the mattress was too low. It looks great. The faux leather is easy to clean with clean water and a towel. It was easy to put together as well. Read the instructions carefully and youll be fine. FYI Its plenty sturdy enough for adult activities.
Nice bed for a pre-teen boy. Assembly was fast and could be done with one person. The only negative is that there is still a need for slats or a bed board to make the mattress more secure
Surprised to see how nice it was for the price. I bought this a couple months ago for my teenage son and he is a plopper.no squeaks or signs of falling apart yet! So I would have to say its pretty durable.
I put this together all myself. As a senior it takes me a tad longer than younger people but the directions were straight forward and easy to understand. I was disappointed that (a) it did not come with slats and (b) that the slats, once I purchased them separately, were not anchored in any way to the bedframe. Apart from that I got what I paid for.

A wood piece came broken in the box but I guess the assembly still works. Too late to return once everything is out of the box and partly put together.
Was a pretty basic setup, i like it, very modern and matches anything. Although the back felt piece doesnt even cover the back, my boyfriend and i tried everything to stretch it but its just too small
