Good for the $money$, looks expensive and is study. Came to my home without any damage. I am pleased with my purchase. The only thing is that it smells likeee a school bus, dont know why. And you can only sleep one person. Theres no support for the other part of the back test part when you put it down to be a futon. Also when I bought the couch 2 weeks ago it was hundred dollars more. or the sellers are getting sketchy with changing the price on here.
Prior to purchasing, I read the reviews and watched the video several times. The couch arrived in 3 separate boxes on different days. There were no damages or missing pieces. The instructions were more of a diagram and was challenging to put together. The most challenging task was attaching the armrest to both sides. We finally figured it after several attempts. The seat cushions are not the thickest but it is tolerable. I use this set in my office and it adds flavor to my space. The pictures do no justice for the actual furniture. Ive only had it a few weeks and hope it holds up. Give it a try and you will likeee it！！！!
The product comes in three packages and in our case the tracking stopped with the first two packages. The customer service was quick, responsive and professional and corrected the issue right away. I was not expecting the attention from an online retailer. The furniture is not high end but was perfect for the den.
Ive owned this couch (white leather) for 3 months, and am very pleased with it.
Function: It looks great in person and really makes my space look great. Its comfy - the seat is well-padded. Additionally the leather isnt sticky, so I can comfortably sit on it in shorts without my legs sticking. My friend slept on it (when it was unfolded) when she visited - and said it was comfy for sleeping.
Assembly: Very smooth assembly. I was able to assemble it alone as a 110lb women even though they recommend two people assembly (keep in mind if you want to do this alone: you do have to be able to flip it over yourself and its a couch so its not light), but I was pretty pleased I was able to do it solo. Only part that got tricky is during the assembly, the couchs backrest popped up so its in sitting up position. It took a little while but I realized you have to lean backrest forward in order to lean it back. One of the bags of beads that is supposed to keep it dry popped open, but all I had to do was vacuum it up. I was pretty pleased with how smooth assembly all was. Overall, considering its a sleeper couch, assembly was very simple.
Overall, very pleased with couch. It looks gorgeous, its comfy, and it wasnt expensive.
I rarely write reviews so you have to know I am more than pleased and here is my honest review: I was a bit concerned when I saw a few comments about difficulty in putting it together. To address that, I am 50 yrs old and put it together by myself and didnt need the instructions, I dont think it could be any easier. It is absolutely beautiful and I loveee the storage (which by the way opens easily and stays open so you dont have to hold it open when getting things in or out). It is a little firm which I prefer when sitting and with that said I have pulled out the bed and have slept on it a few times and slept comfortably and well! Also, I received 2 packages and panicked so I sent an email and this seller was so responsive in letting me know this can be the case and just give it a couple days. Sure enough 2 days later it was set up and I am very happy!
It could be 5 stars for me, material is so beautiful, nice sofa but Im not happy because a part of the futon is bad. Theres a big gap that just doesnt look nice. It doesnt look likeee a big deal in the picture but it makes the whole sofa look bad
Pretty easy to put up. The velvet is gorgeous. Couch is pretty comfortable, as much as you can expect. loveee the convenience of the pullout as well as the ottoman storage. Problems include loose stitching after 2 days (yes, literally 2 days) of sitting on it for 4 hours each day. As well as an Ill fitted sides and back posts. The pictures are of the back posts all the way back as far as you can go.
