    beautiful!! like very expensive furniture!

this was a little intimidating to assemble, but the instructions were easy and it came together so beautifully. it looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture and i have gotten many compliments on it. The entire thing is larger than i expected, which is a good thing / it is very sturdy and heavy / looks like something that was delivered from a furniture store. took less than 45 minutes to assemble and i love it!!

    Perfect.

Heavy, but sturdy and easy to put together. Exactly what I needed.

Nicely made piece of furniture for the price.

First, it is my opinion (and I believe to be true) that across the board, furniture quality isnt what it used to be. That doesnt mean you cant find quality furniture, made with fine materials by skilled craftsmanyou certainly can. But generally speaking the quality of furniture you might see in your parents or grandparents house is more difficult to come by these days. And thats especially true of a 200/ish piece of furniture like this buffet/TV stand. It is, however, machined well in my opinion. I know a few of the reviews mentioned parts not fitting together quite right. I didnt experience that. Things fit precisely the way as described, with very minute alignment issues on only a couple of the dozens of pieces. All in all Im very happy with the final product. The packaging was adequate, I saw no damage on any parts, the instructions were clear 99 of the time, and the final assemblage looks and feels as advertised. Other reviews were quoting anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 hours of assembly time. I finished right at 2.5 hours, which I spent entirely on assembly with the exception of one bathroom break. Im a fairly organized person, so I laid out all of the hardware packages alphabetically to make things more efficient as I worked through the instructions. Here are some of the reasons I wouldnt give this piece of furniture five stars. First, the quality (or lack thereof) of some of the hardware partsespecially the cam locks. Turn the screwdriver too hard trying to snug them up and the cam lock metal actually breaks! Second, most of the cam bolts dont indicate how deep you should be screwing them into the wood. I found myself having to back out quite a few of the cam bolts a turn or two just so the cam locks would grab them. This generally isnt a big hassle, except many of the dowels already have glue on them which means as soon as you take a piece apart to adjust a cam bolt, you inevitably get glue all over the place. The hinges were the other pieces of hardware which seem really poorly made. Im sure its just cost/cutting measures, but although they do the job and seem like theyll hold just fine, they just feel like lightweight pieces of junk when you pick them up. I guess its nice that the manufacturer gave you some little stickers to put over and camouflage the cam locks when youre fully assembled, but it would have been nicer if they provided enough of the little stickers! Other lessons learned: 1) Careful leaving the little tubes of wood glue on the floor during assembly. Since youre moving all around to get to different parts of this piece, you may step on them (like I did) and make quite a mess. 2) If youre even a bit experienced with a cordless drill, dont hesitate to use it (even though the instructions advise against it) for screwing on the three cardboard back panels which in total have about 25 screws. I also used it to screw in the hinges. 3) Dont over/tighten anything. In fact, Id leave things a little more loose than what youd normally be accustomed to doing when assembling furniture. 4) They dont provide felt pads for the wooden legs. And although the leg bottom surfaces didnt feel too rough, if youre worried about scratching your floor when moving this piece around, Id recommend buying some and sticking them on the legs. Its a fairly heavy piece of furniture. I could probably say more, but I think that suffices. You get what you pay for, folks. I think this is a fair price for what ends up being a pretty nice piece of entry/level furniture. Just dont expect a high quality heirloom worthy of passing down through the generations.

I LOVE it except for one small chip in the front!

I would give it a 5/star, however, there was a chip in the front piece of the furniture (see photo) and there werent enough white circular stickers to cover the hardware screws on the inside. Otherwise, I LOVE it! Its a solid piece of furniture, and it is so sleek and stylish. I am glad I ordered it!

    Beautiful but Scratches Easily

I love the look of this TV stand, but had some headaches putting it together. Two pieces arrived damaged so I emailed the manufacturer and they shipped two replacements. Both replacements arrived worse than the original. While waiting for the replacement parts, we continued to assemble the TV stand and noticed two brackets were bend wrong which made the doors not sit right. With the constant readjustment of the door, the door got scratched up. The manufacturer replaced the door, the hinges, and resent the original damaged pieces. Everything arrived perfectly. We now know that we need to be careful with bumping into the unit so we dont scrape up the paint. The manufacturer was very helpful and friendly. In the end, the unit is beautiful and structurally sturdy.

    Cute I love it!

Love this!! We bought it for our frontroom. It looks just like the picture and is perfect. Love it. Havent had any issues with anything yet and its been up for a few months. We have the doors bungy corded shut w/ a hair tie because you cant put baby locks on it, but it works.

    Very Attractive TV Stand

I love this TV stand. I got it in black and it really looks rich. I have a 50 new TV, it fit very well. I put flameless candles on the shlelves so they can be seen through the cabinet glass. At night it looks very cozy.

Versatility for my needs and stylish.

This was a long process of putting together but love the end result. It took my husband and I 4 hrs total. He is very concise and wont move forward till he understand process but it helped eliminate extra steps of redoing. Very solid. Yes reviews on cam locks are correct not as deep as the ones Ive used before. A little more difficult to connect with screws. Its just what I was looking for some glass pieces that dont fit cabinets well. Love the pop of color.

Allocate enough time and be very patience.

I purchased the red buffet for our dining room. Pros 1. Great value for my money because other sites had this same item for 100/130 more. 2. Package came very well protected during shipping. 3. The buffet color is rich and a statement piece. 4. Provides storage display which is steady and very useful. CONS 1. Time consuming so set aside at least 4 hours to unpack and put together. 2. Since directions indicate to NOT use power tools. Ware some type of protective gloves. These so much use of a screwdriver that my hands hurt afterwards and I almost got blisters. 3. The metal screw dont stop so its easy to over screw and can end up creating damage on the other displayed side (this almost happened to me but thank goodness I figured this out in time. (This needs to be indicated in directions) 4. The doors were so annoying to line up this took the longest amount of time. 5. These a few chips in the paint, not corners but on surface sides. 6. The color marker was dry and not useful. I gave this piece 4 stars based on the end result. I would not want to put another one together but this piece is beautiful!

Works great as a coffee bar!

I love the way it looks in my dining room. The assembly took forever to complete and my fiance complained that a lot of the holes were not aligned correctly on the back, but the finished product is nice in appearance and suits our needs for storage.
