So, I read the negative reviews and still decided to buy this piece because I liked the look. Package arrived and as I was pulling the pieces out, I came across broken pieces. Ordered a replacement. Replacement came, also with broken pieces. I held onto the original package and didnt send it back until the second one was received. Luckily for me, between the two boxes, I was able to build the TV stand.
After the build, I sent back the package with the broken pieces.
did a great job with the replacement process. I believe the broken pieces are a manufacturing issue.
So if you have the patience and luck to deal with possibly getting broken pieces in your shipment, then order. The stand looks great once built.
If not, Id pass on this TV stand and look for a different one.
It looks really great once assembled but as others have stated there are a ton of pieces and it does take a couple hours or so to assemble, working by yourself (just me in this case). We had one issue, though, where the left side panel came without all of the pre/drilled holes.holes needed to attach the left door to the console. However, the website of the manufacturer was very clear on how to request replacement parts. We attached an image of what was incorrect and they overnighted us a new left side panel at no charge. So alls well that ends well. We like it.
