I misjudged the size of the table for the space I needed. Its a great table. Beautiful and easy to assemble. I really wanted to keep it but it was just too small for my needs. Definitely my bad, I should have measured better. The seller was wonderful in accepting the return. Even though it didnt meet my needs, I definitely recommend this table.
This table is solid wood no surface veneer. It's a perfect size for a modest apartment or Assisted Living residence where space is at a premium. The drop leaf design allow you to drop one side and push it up against a wall to conserve space. Good price, quality workmanship and easy to assemble. Good value and high marks for this table.
Update: I have this protected with a padded table cover. I took it off and saw that it has been scratched mostly by a cat. The table and chairs look beautiful but this won't last.
this is extremely light and when sides are up, it does not seem to be a strong table. It also wobbles. Just two of us are using the table occasionally. Anymore and I wouldn't expect it to last.
I bought a table similar to this on FB and it is very heavy, this is extremely light. This works better bc I can put the sides down. I already had a linen base so swapped it out and it looks wonderful. I have it covered because I'm concerned my cats will ruin it so we dont get to enjoy it like we could.
