This table was just what I wanted. Excellent finish. Smooth and nice wood, not fake particle board. I purchased for my mom and she loved it.... The pedestal legs are just darling. Would greatly recommend this table. So easy to install, in less than 30 minutes. Easy to follow directions.
It does have the two folding sides. Easily sit 4 people.
Update 3/1/21:
I have used the table about 20 times now to have lunch. Never placed anything heavy on the table. There is now a 3 inch crack starting from an edge toward the center. Will update the review to one star if the crack worsens.

I dont write many positive reviews but must say this table has a very nice build quality especially for the price. I like it a lot.

My wife chose this for our kitchen but I not very happy with its performance. The wood is not very quality and the height is lower than the regular tables. I would not recommend purchasing this. If you have closer Ikea go ahead and purchase from there.

Table wiggles a lot and doesnt feel very sturdy. Had it for 6 months now and its made it through with lots of care.

Not white.
This is not actually white. Its more off white/cream. Kind of disappointed. I guess it doesnt actually come in white?
