    Overall decent

I bought this bed thinking it supports a queen, but it in fact supports a full size mattress. Once assembled, its quite durable, but it shakes a small bit when you move on the top bunk/get onto the top bunk. The ladder also hurts the feet a small bit, but overall, its a durable frame.

solid bed frame , space saver

bed was awesome , easy to build . Really opened up my room . The ladder was a little rough on feet but not unbearable . Also easy to disassemble. I was 180lbs using it and held up perfectly little wobbly but once you lay down its fine

How to order the desk option?

Such a great idea for a small room. I purchased 2 for both my girls rooms. I would like to know how I can order the attachments for the desk option underneath. If you know please advise.

Nice looking bed but does squeak

This bed is very sturdy and weve now had it for 4 years. Because its a construction, there is a bit of squeaking, especially from the top bunk, which is noticeable for the person on the bottom bunk. Movement on the top bunk causes a fair bit of squeaking noise for sure. Ive regularly tightened screws and sprayed them with WD40 but not managed to rectify this problem, however the poles meet poles and so a bit of squeaking is perhaps unavoidable. The height to the upper level is a bonus as its possible to sit up fully. An adult can sit upright under the bed without bumping their heads. So its nice to be able to read books in the bottom bunk. The ladder is and the ladder steps are quite narrow poles so not the easiest to climb and my son says theyre a little uncomfortable on his feet, but the upside is they deter and perhaps even prevent him from racing up and down the ladder too quickly. It did take a long time to assemble this bunk bed / probably 5/6 hours with two people building. But Ive moved house twice since building this, and it goes up and down extremely easily for the purpose of moving. However this week, one of the middle leg supports on the bottom bump, seen in photo, has snapped off. I dont know how important it is. My son is still only 7 years old so hes not heavy. A regular wooden bed has only 4 legs with no middle supports, and the slats are enough to support a mattress. Im therefore a little concerned whether theres an issue now and whether the bed is supportive enough. It has highlighted an issue about contact with the seller. Since 4 years has passed since buying this, my correspondence window with the seller through the site has now closed, so I dont know how to get hold of the seller. Looking back at my order, in the returns/ report a problem section of the site, I discovered that I had the opportunity to contact the seller for maybe a couple of months for information or support. After that, the option was taken away. So its worth being aware that buying through a site like is limiting if you need to contact the seller for help beyond the couple of months. If Id bought this from a regular shop, Id still be able to return to the store. Overall I would recommend this product, but hope to get more years of use out of it. I was expecting my son to use it for at least another 3/4 years. I hope the seller might read this and let me know if thats the case.

Loft bed was affordable and looks great.

My grandson loves his new loft bed. The only thing that I wish is that there would be an opening where the ladder is, making it easier to climb into rather than climbing over the railing.
