Delivery went great, was super easy to set up all I had to do was put the cushions and legs on the couch! The only thing I dont like is how high the arms are, they come up to my shoulders and couches never do.

So Ive had this couch for a couple months now and its already wearing down. the warranty is only good for stains not the stuffing in the cushions. I wouldnt recommend this couch anymore.
This couch is great! It fits well in our relatively small den, and is pretty comfortable. The fabric, however, holds on to EVERYTHING. It cleans easy enough with a hand vacuum, but with two pets (dog and short hair cat) in the house I have to vacuum everyday. I also selected the Storm Grey fabric color, and in the picture it did look relatively dark. In person it almost appears a grey-blue. Other than those that, I am fairly happy with the purchase. Loved the fact that I had the option for a payment plan as well.

I was nervous about ordering a couch online, because I know they tend to be rock-hard and can end up looking cheap. However, this couch is awesome! The delivery men were kind enough to carry it up 2 flights of stairs for me as well as assemble it which took a whole 5 minutes. The couch looks amazing and is so comfortable! It is just the right amount of firm. I have already received so many compliments and the denim color is exactly what I was looking for.
The fabric feels great, however I am worried about it wearing out/pilling because it is pretty soft for a couchbut we will see. I plan to vacuum regularly (paper/crumbs/clothing fuzz tend to stick to it as well) and take the best care of it that I can. Would recommend!
I ordered on Monday and scheduled delivery for Wednesday. Had choice of delivery times and was notified 30 minutes before arrival. Box was delivered and placed in my office. Assembly easy: just screw in the legs. Came out of box easily. This is a comfortable couch, great for the price, and has a good look. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Love my sofa. Very comfortable. Assembly was easy. You cannot use both sides of the cushions as they are only partially covered with the same fabric on one side. Not very practical. My main complaint is that I asked delivery to cut the box away from the sofa and they said they didnt do that. I am 75 years old and took me several hours to remove the box. The next day my sister came over and cut the box up so we could put it out for the trash. This is something that needs attention. Very disappointing.
Only gave 4 stars as you can only use one side of the cushions

Great couch for the price!
Great couch for the price, easy to assemble and looks great. A little firm to start out but after its broken in a bit, it softens up.

Good starter couch..took 2 weeks to arrive with several rescheduled dates. Overall its decent looking and moderatly comfortable.
