This is a wonderful addition to my crafting room which doubles as a guest room. The blue color is beautiful. The sofa is super comfortable as a couch, easy to pullout and comfortable as a bed. Little larger than a twin. Very well built, the back pillows can double as guest head pillows. Theres zipper storage under the lounger as well as enough room to store 3 tall containers or items underneath the entire sofa/lounger.
I would have given the sofa five if only the lounger and pullout could switch sides.
I bought the sectional couch discounted as an Open Box deal and Im glad to say the experience was excellent! I had never bought large furniture on and I was worried that something would go wrong, but it was a smooth purchase.
About delivery:
The drivers called me twice, once to let me know itd be a half hour until delivery and second when they got here. We are currently in the pandemic so they couldnt come in but were nice enough to set it on my door frame which helped me so much just to slide it in. The box is huge but fits comfortably on its side through a standard door frame. I am not sure one person could move the box by itself much, I only attempted to slide it. I would say getting the box upstairs would be quite hard if you had to, probably easier to take it out of the box if so. The couch frame is VERY light and easy to move, though best fit for two people as its quite long.

About the couch:
Now the couch itself is perfectly simple to put together, it only needs its legs screwed on (no tools!) and the cushions put on. The frame is very light and easy to maneuver by yourself so moving it around doesnt have to be hell. I agree with another review where they pointed out that the reversible chaise rises a bit when you lay on it, its kind of a silly design there but overall not a huge problem for me. Velcro would probably do the job keeping it down as it only rises a bit.
The couch is long enough (66 or so) for most people to lay completely across if they want and the chaise is a comfortable length as well. I would say this might be more of a small to medium sized living room kind of fit, only because its quite long across and may not work for a tiny space as much as a more compact couch that are usually a couple inches shorter.
I got the heritage green color and its beautiful, a deep but muted green similar to hunter green. Not overly loud but still a deep color, perfect for a living room.
This couchs material is not the kind you sink into but definitely lay on top of. Its like a soft brushed twill with minimal give, sturdy but soft to the touch, very comfortable for a modern style. My dog has white fur that doesnt overall stick to the material either which is another pro.
Overall I love my purchase and had a great experience through ! I will add for the thrifty - as an opened box purchase (marked as Very Good condition), the couch arrived in PERFECT brand new condition and the discount was more than 50% off! If you love this couch, I recommend going for it!
love this sofa. its great for a smaller sized living room like we have. its surprising really comfortable for the price. The color is pretty, the texture is refined, and its nice and tight its not slouchy or sloppy but doesnt mean its hard.
so update, I only paid $580 for the sofa it was on some sort of sale. not sure if its worth $850 or whatever price it went to.
Sometimes it feels like it would not be able to hold more than 2 people, because it looks like fragil, but I mean that is just my idea.
I think it is good for the price we pay!
I like the apartment size, and it still fits two adults and a large dog comfortably. It is firm, but I like it that way. The fold out bed is a bonus for guests. The bed folded out is much more comfortable than the usual sleeper that has bars digging into your back through the mattress.
