I ordered this item in December 7 and was supposed to come in a couple of days. Instead I just got it in the 22nd. This looks so nice. But its kinda cheap. It came in a box that didnt look damaged; once opened I noticed all the damaged peices. Waiting upon the seller to see if he will refund me some money.
The first unit arrived without a board. Emailed customer service and received a reply right away saying a new unit would be sent. Took awhile to send this new unit and had to reach out again to get an eta. Took awhile to get the new unit, but all pieces were included and was assembled easily and looks great! Works well for our entryway. Customer service sent chocolates to apologize for the issues, which was nice.
NOT fun to assemble. The legs are cheap pieces of crap, but when its all said and done its sturdy, looks good, and is exactly like the picture. There is a solid white back panel which is hard to see in the pictures posted.
Great customer service! The first one came a little damaged and they fully replaced it with ease. Their customer service is great and because there was a delay, they sent Godiva chocolates as a thank you. The design style is great and looks high quality
Listen, Im not dumb. I can follow directions. But, these directions were awful. Even visual learners will struggle.
Did I appreciate the witty comments and the funny way they tried to help you build it? Yes. I did. I even giggled at the beginning of the supposed 77 min build session.
3.5 hours later (150 minutes) I am taking the thing apart, again, because the directions dont actually tell you anything. Its a picture, with letter, and number for parts. Doesnt say if you should have a board a certain way or which way it should face. Doesnt say to make sure you grab the short screw out of the bag, and not the long screw. If you grab the long screw, it goes through the wood and now you have a damaged top. WHY DID YOU PUT THE TWO , VERY SIMILAR SCREWS IN THE SAME BAG?! Maybe start packaging pieces on the cardboard so they are all separate and not 12 different pieces in 5 bags mixed together.
My biggest assembly gripe is that there were not actually words to tell you how to build it. It literally says yes, its as easy as it looks and then a friggen picture of what it looks like.
Did I expect quality materials and excellent directions for the price? No. But, dang! puts you to shame.
Its still cute though, even with the two damaged spots on the top. Not sure it makes up for the assembly process.

Maybe put something saying many parts.
It was somewhat difficult to assemble. It had a lot of very tiny nuts other. However it looks great!

Beautiful once you get it put together! Doors are sturdy and great for storage and hiding clutter.
