Setup instructions were relatively clear but one of the pieces was missing a key hole for one of the doors. I started second guessing myself on whether I had followed directions correctly. After dismantling the shelf and reassembling it to confirm where the issue was, i ended up having to make a hole in one of the panels to fit the door. Otherwise assembly was ok and the unit looks nice. Not sure if it helps / but panel 6 was the one that was missing a couple of holes
We love this storage cabinet. unfortunately when we received it the front and top pieces were scratched. I sent an email to the company and immediately they took action. I was blown away with the outstanding customer service. I opted not to replace it as I didnt want to waste the product and asked if I could instead get a discount on the bookshelf I wanted from their company. Instead of doing that they sent me the bookcase and a box of Godiva chocolates for free! I was win no way expecting such generosity and kindness.

If you can put together furniture, you can put this together. It would be nice if they put front and back stickers on the pieces, I had to take some things apart to put them in the right place but it wasnt horrible. Not bad but not the best. The pulls might not be nice enough for some but I didnt mind them, it would be nice to have cam lock covers but for the price it isnt bad. Its a nice modern look and goes with my design scheme. Fast shipping. Kind of feels like it might fall apart, kind of feels like it might stay together.
For someone that is completely inept at assembling anything/ literally/this wasnt that bad. It came with clear instructions and everything was numbered/labeled so it was easy to identify. It looked exactly as pictured and is a beautiful addition!
We were concerned with assembly and broken pieces based on other reviewers. However, our organizer was pretty straightforward to assemble and didnt come with any damaged pieces. However, it has a VERY strong, long/lasting chemical smell. We bought it for our nursery and even after 48+ hours after assembly, its impossible to be in the same room as it. Thankfully weve got 8 weeks until baby so hopefully, by opening windows in the room running the fan, well be able to get rid of the smell between now and then.
Love the look of the shelf and seems sturdy, the true test will be if the smell goes away.
Just received this item. Looks nice. Took my husband 2 hours to assemble. He was able to get the doors to hang correctly. Cardboard on the back. Paint came off the top with assembly. That was disappointing, just chips though. I wanted a flat space to put my purse in the hall. This was able to hold all my cookbooks too.

I was very impressed to be honest. The directions were great as well. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this piece. Highly recommend. Ive included a picture of it as our printer stand. We used the shag rug to help break up the wood fascia from
Wood Floor and to Highlight the legs, which was one of our favorite features.
