Dont over react if the first box comes but your order says delivered. We got the second box the very next day after jumping the gun to complain to reps that we didnt receive the complete product. Our son absolutely loves it.
You need lots of room and patience to put this puppy together. Be sure you understand the metric system and dont lose any screwsthey do not give extras!
Product was easy to assemble， 3 person team but honestly if 1 person did it you could manage it will just take longer. Everything went together smoothly. Bed has great product ! support i was on top with 2 toddlers and didnt fear any breaking. I love!!the ladder is attached and doesnt extend to the floor taking up more space. If youre on the fence Id say go with this bed. Just keep in mind it is a softer wood， so Knicks scrapes will happen. Only annoying thing is the labels are hard to peel off without leaving residue or taking wood with it. All in all a great product ! bed for kids.
First of all， this is not easy to assemble. It takes a long time and some of the screws did not fit properly so we had to buy another set of screws that would fit. My major issue with this bed is that the top-level guard rail which prevents your child from falling over the side if he or she has a bad dream or nightmare is too low. It is only 2 inches above the mattress so a child can easily just roll over and fall off the bed. I had to purchase a separate guard rail which I attached to this bed. Overall this is below average product.
It was very easy to assemble took me about two and a half hours. Very sturdy and great product ! price. Once built I did notice it had a few chip but nothing major. Overall its great product !!
My husband and I put it together in about 4 hours with a couple of breaks. We had a small space to work in but we made it work. Now our kids can grow with the beds and even have separate beds when they sleep in their own rooms.

Its a good sturdy bunk bed， not the easiest to put together， but i took 2 stars off because the usb port dont work at all.
